I was a real fan of e-gold. I liked this system sincerely until something had happened to it. E-gold became famous and popular mostly for its policy of anonymity; lots of people who didn’t want to disclose themselves were attracted to the system. I myself also wanted to stay incognito… But the day when authorities decided to “play games” with e-gold everything has changed. Today I cannot recognize e-gold at all! It changed 100%. Today there is hardly any person who says that e-gold is good and he or she is totally satisfied. Today’s policy of e-gold looks like the policy of PayPal – the system that don’t trust its customers at all. Now e-gold constantly blocks the accounts of its customers without any preliminary notice and with one and the same explanation – we think that you’re a fraudster. Anytime you want to make some big transaction this thing happens. As for its strong point – anonymity, it’s also became the snows of yester-year. Today client base of e-gold is used freely by FBI and special services. Due to this fact lots of people decided to get rid of this e-currency and break off with this system. But… It appeared to be not an easy task. It is almost impossible to withdraw money from the system itself. So, you need to appeal to exchange services. There you can sell your “digital gold” with a loss of 20-30%. Not a good thing but still it is better then to stay with e-gold the future of which is very foggy and cloudy. Who knows, maybe tomorrow you will not be able to outexchange your e-gold at all? I myself have withdrawn it in one of the online exchangers having paid 20% fee. I think that it is the end. End of this ВПС giant and I’m very sorry for such an end. Not royal death of the king…

I’m online stockjobber and I’ve got used to operate with large amounts of money. I’ve got a great experience in work with various payment systems and e-currencies. I worked not only with such giants as e-gold, PayPal, Moneybookers, Neteller, ePassporte, Pecunix, Webmoney but also with small companies like Obopay, clickandbuy and many others.

 

Each of the systems has both advantages and disadvantages. Small companies are good but they are not very popular. Big processors are widely used but they very often block the accounts of their customers and being ddosed from time to time. So, few months ago I couldn’t use my libertyreserve account because system was ddosed. Last week e-gold has blocked my account. I don’t like PayPal because of their chargebacks. Not a good thing indeed. Sometimes people use it for their own profit to deceive other people.  But for some reason they are very popular. Moneybookers is good but I’m anxious about their business with gambling industry. I still remember the story with Neteller and really don’t want to get into the same situation with Moneybookers.

 

I was a great admirer of e-gold system. It was a real Titan on the market of Internet processing. But its era was not so long and Titan turned into Titanic, a great and majestic giant that is going to the bottom. I believed that my favorite system recovers soon and will come up with a bang. I even didn’t get rid from my e-gold though all my friends were advising me.

My hopes were melting like a sugar in a cup of hot tea… But when I was about to close my search my tired eyes catch the desired words… It was some post in blog. Of course, it was a promotion but still it was very interesting. It concerned some Swiss payment system with a very loud name Perfect Money. They indeed offer depositing their accounts with e-gold at 2%, and then it is possible to withdraw funds into pecunix of webmoney. I didn’t wait long and have deposited 25k into PM and withdrew it into pecunix. 5k I left in e-gold, may be it will recover?

I have my own business – I have my own shop where I sell books. I like books from the very childhood, so I always had a fancy for reading. So, I decided to connect my business with books. So, that Nick’s crash took away not only my business but my dream. Now I’m in a great depression and without any wish to continue working…

There is one way but it’s no a new one. There are some payment systems on the Internet providing opportunities to keep money in gold, dollars and euros. Perhaps, the most prominent ones are webmoney and perfectmoney.com… However, as webmoney is a Russian one I prefer to use Swiss payment system perfectmoney.com. For the time being there are no claims against it: system works stable, does not fall under DDoS attacks, wires come very quickly (a couple of day)…    But the main thing is that judging on the last situation with gold price one can earn good money on it…  I think it’s interesting:

Hello my dear friends. As many of you I was eaten by one question: where can I cheaply withdraw e-gold? It’s useless to address exchangers as no one will ever buy from you even the hundredth part of ounce at 15-20%. I tried to withdraw my e-gold via forums by advertising but nobody wants to deal with an unknown buddy what can deceive. As a result I was tired by searching a place where it would be possible to exchange e-gold to any other electronic currency without paying fantastic interest. So, once having clicked on some advertisement on google I was taken to the site of some Swiss payment system.  But for the first time it hasn’t attract me much but I decided to sigh up there just in case.  In couple of weeks I returned there and remembered at last its name – Perfect Money. That time I entered with the old login and while looking through all system sections I suddenly saw one interesting thing – perfectmoney.com allows depositing directly from e-gold account. That time I felt like alchemist as I have made gold from my dim bar or e-gold.  

 

In general everything is clear:

Fee for depositing from e-gold account to perfectmoney is 2%…in other words within a couple of minutes I can withdraw all my e-gold. I did that. So what? A small part I left in perfectmoney as I work with it not so long and another one I have withdrawn directly to my pecunix account.
